Smart Grid RoadShow Conferences are an exceptional opportunity to share your ideas, experiences and insights about electric power transmission and distribution Smart Grid and Grid Transformation Initiatives with a select group of the most influential users, specifiers and buyers as well as top suppliers, consultants, regulators, customers and other key participants in the North American Electric Power Transmission & Distribution field.
Though regionally focused, these events draw attendees from throughout North America as well as various other geographical regions. Each event brings together a diverse group of individuals and organizations from all across the energy and utility industry marketplace that are eager to learn and update their knowledge about Smart Grid market drivers, issues and trends. And, for those seeking a hands-on experience, the latest in Smart Grid products, systems and service offerings are on display in the exhibits area – with dedicated viewing times – during both days of the conference.
Key conference topic areas embrace a wide range of automation, information technology, operations, infrastructure, standards, compliance and other topics, as listed below. You will be able to designate your 1st and 2nd choices for the placement of your presentation as well as a preferred Day and Time (i.e. Day 1 or Day 2; Morning, Afternoon or No Preference) on the Abstract Submission Input form. (See link in Guidelines For Submissions, following the topic lists, below.) While we cannot guarantee that all of your individual preferences will be met, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them wherever possible.

Abstract Submissions
Presentations must be of a non-commercial, educational, exemplary value to those involved in any/all aspects of Smart Grid initiatives within the electric utility environment. Please use the list of suggested topics (above) as guidance for abstract submissions. Papers/presentations addressing these or other topics deemed pertinent to Smart Grid and/or Grid Transformation initiatives will be considered, but all selection decisions by the Conference Committee will be final.

Presentations by and/or including utility presenters are strongly favored over supplier presentations and will receive top priority in the abstract evaluation and selection process. In general, supplier-only authored submissions will not be considered. Also, exhibitor and/or sponsor status is NOT a selection criterion.)

Abstracts submitted by means other than the online link above or in other formats will be NOT be reviewed or accepted.
A standard SGRS presentation template in MS-PowerPoint format will be provided via email for use with all selected presentations. This template is to be used exclusively for ALL presentations. Your cooperation in complying with these guidelines will be most appreciated!
